As Steele's words and actions matched what I needed, I made huge improvements.
The tool allowed us to see what resources helped and what didn't. Steele learned how to pivot a dip and buffer triggers.
My 'dips' became shorter and fewer.
I went from leaving restaurants due to panic attacks to creating a community book club.
I went from being stuck in bed to hosting parties.
I started new hobbies like gardening and now fly around the country installing gardens for fun.
Strangers started commenting how I 'had a light in my eyes' and I felt like I finally was getting my sparkle back.
I even was able to be healthy enough to get off the medication I was on so we could have another baby!
We finally were able to get me back.
We have now found new purpose together in helping others who struggle with mental health and are determined to 'bring light through the dark of mental health'!
